       Capsule House Limited is a leading manufacturer of capsule house homes in China and the largest modular building manufacturer in the province. The total investment in the project is 1 billion yuan. The first phase of the park covers an area of 200 acres with a total construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters. Once the project reaches full production, it will have an annual output value of more than 800 million yuan and will create jobs for 500 people. The facilities include approximately 73,000 square meters of single-story steel structure factory buildings, 13,000 square meters of multi-story factory buildings, and 24,000 square meters of supporting facilities. The planning for the second phase of the project, which covers 380 acres, is currently underway.
